What happens when a client wants to reschedule or cancel?
The assistant reschedules or cancels the appointment itself, in the evening too, and the slot opens up in your calendar straight away. A client who can call whenever it suits them is more likely to cancel than not show up. A reminder by email or text isn't included as standard, but is available as custom work.
Can it answer questions about prices and treatments?
Yes, from your own price list and treatments, which we put into your knowledge base during setup. What a cut costs or how long colouring takes, it states as you've set it. If something isn't in there, it notes the question or transfers the call.
What does a client hear when they call while I'm cutting hair?
A voice straight away, with no hold music and no phone menu. At the start the assistant says it is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded; that is required by law. If the client wants to speak to you personally, it transfers the call or takes a callback request.
