ClientAssist (also written as Client Assist) is a trading name of JB Business Solutions, based in Noordwijk, the Netherlands.
ClientAssist began with a simple observation: too many good businesses lose customers for the wrong reason: they simply weren't reachable for a moment. Big companies solve this with expensive call centers. Small companies had to choose: grow or stay reachable.
