A caller left on hold often hangs up. An AI receptionist answers straight away, also outside office hours, and can handle several calls at once.

    Answered straight away

With an AI receptionist, callers no longer hear "All our staff are busy". It can handle several calls at once, so even at busy times everyone is helped right away.

    Fewer missed calls

A missed call can be a new customer, an urgent question or an appointment that falls through. The AI receptionist answers and gives the answer if it is in the knowledge base. If not, it transfers the call to a colleague or takes a callback request.

    Evenings and weekends too

Customers don't only call during office hours. The AI receptionist also answers late in the evening or on a Sunday. Whatever comes in outside your opening hours is waiting for you as a callback request the next morning.

Callers who are helped quickly stay

A caller left on hold often hangs up and tries someone else. By answering straight away and handling simple questions immediately, you keep those callers. For anything that needs a person, your team is still there.

How many calls can an AI receptionist handle at once?

Several at once, and that's exactly the difference from an employee, who handles one. If a second and third customer call while the first call is going on, they are all helped straight away. If you expect peaks of dozens of calls at once, for example around a promotion, let us know in advance and we'll set it up for that.

What does a caller hear instead of hold music?

A voice straight away, with your business name. Then the assistant says the caller is speaking to an AI and that the call is recorded; that has been mandatory since August 2026. There's no phone menu to work through: the caller simply says why they're calling.

    Is your team still reachable?

Yes. If a caller wants a person, or the question isn't in the knowledge base, the assistant transfers to the number you set. If nobody's there, it takes a callback request with name, number and subject. The queue disappears, your team doesn't.
