A service desk that answers, even outside office hours

Your AI receptionist answers the incident line in the evening and at weekends: it recognises a known customer by number, asks follow-up questions, creates a numbered ticket and passes it to your team. What counts as urgent under your agreements, it transfers to whoever is on call.

    Sound familiar?

    • Out-of-hours incidents land on the mobile of whoever is on call
    • A report without a customer name or a proper description means detective work the next morning
    • During a major outage many customers call about the same problem

    Questions

Questions about an AI receptionist for it companies & service desks

Can the assistant create tickets in our ticketing system?

As standard it creates a numbered ticket per call, emails it to your service desk and posts it as a card in Microsoft Teams. A direct connection to your PSA or ticketing system is custom work; we include it in the proposal.

How does it know which customer is calling?

From the phone number, if it's in your customer list. If someone calls from another number, it asks for the customer number or company name. You decide whether only known customers are helped.

What does it tell a caller outside office hours?

That the report has been logged and when someone will call back, taking weekends and public holidays into account. What counts as urgent under your agreements, it transfers to whoever is on call.

How do I set up a known incident?

On a secured admin page you switch an incident on and off. From then on the assistant mentions it to callers, so your team doesn't have to explain it on every call.
