You on the job, breakdowns logged properly
Your AI receptionist answers while you're on a roof or under a sink: it books servicing, judges whether a breakdown is urgent, and then transfers to the engineer on call.
Sound familiar?
- On a job you can't answer, and a missed caller calls the next installer
- Evening and weekend breakdowns land on your mobile
- For every report you have to work out yourself how urgent it is
The solution
What your AI receptionist does for installers & plumbers
Judging urgency
It asks follow-up questions, such as whether vulnerable people live there, and transfers urgent calls straight away.
Booking servicing and quote visits
Boiler servicing or a visit for a quote, straight into your calendar.
Logging reports completely
Name, address and the problem, so the engineer knows where to go.
Questions
Questions about an AI receptionist for installers & plumbers
How does the assistant decide whether a breakdown is urgent?
With the questions you give it. In our recording at a heating installer it asks whether young children, elderly people or people with health problems live there. There's a three-month-old baby in a cold house, so it treats it as urgent and transfers to the engineer on call. Which situations count as urgent for you, we agree together during setup.
Can it state my emergency rate?
Yes, if it's in your knowledge base. Outside office hours it then states the rate you charge, for example a call-out fee plus an hourly rate, before transferring. The caller knows where they stand and the engineer doesn't have to discuss price on the phone.
What if there's no engineer on call?
Then the assistant logs the report with name, address and problem as a callback request, ready for you the next morning. You decide whether it transfers and to which number, for example your own mobile only for emergencies.
Can it also book regular appointments, such as boiler servicing?
Yes, straight into your calendar, in the slots you make available. A calendar connection is always included; a connection to a planning system or job sheet app is custom work.
What does it cost for installers & plumbers?
€99 per month, plus the minutes your assistant actually spends on calls. No bundles and no minimum. A one-time €99 for setup.
